Aber nur 67 Prozent der Mitarbeiter sehen das genauso.&lt;br /&gt;
23 Prozent von ihnen finden die Führungsqualitäten ihres Boss&apos; &quot;okay&quot;.&lt;br /&gt;
10 Prozent finden sie armselig.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Nur 54 Prozent der Mitarbeiter würden den Job ihres Vorgesetzten haben wollen.&lt;br /&gt;
Der Anteil steigt allerdings auf 65 Prozent bei denjenigen, die mehr als 75.000 Dollar verdienen.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Unter Managern liegt der Anteil bei 62 Prozent, bei (Noch-)Nicht-Managern bei 46 Prozent.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Und Männer (60 Prozent) wiederum streben eher danach als Frauen (47 Prozent).</description>
